The UDC is the world’s foremost multilingual classification scheme for all fields of knowledge. UDC is a system of numerical coding of book topics in order to be able to unambiguously catalog them and qualify them to the appropriate thematic section. This system is international and usually used in technical libraries. UKD divides the entire literature into 10 basic sections, taking into account the main scientific disciplines.
